Too small toolbar icons

I got a new laptop with a hDPI screen. So I change the setting to use large toolbar icons.
However some of icons are smaller than the others, such as "view as", "sort by", "back", "foward", "up" in browser and "histogram","draw" in viewer.
I upload the screenshot below.

right, some icons are missing the 'large icons' package
