It seems that XnView shows the props of a GeoTif https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeoTIFF
only as "TIF". Is there a way that the user gets the information "That's a GeoTiff"?

Here are some file too, from North Carolina:

Some of them contains some multi-frames, only black, but containing additional data for complete DTM / DEM (Digital Terrain Model; Digital Elevation Model)
