watermark from a PNG file in Batch Convert

Is it possible that i can add a watermark via the Batch Convert -> Advanced Option Menu. with like PNG32. please let me know i would love to see that feature, then XNVIEW is the perfect solution for me.

OK.

and is possible watermark by font/text? But translucent, transparent 50% etc...

or only picture as water mark is possible with Nconvert?

You can set font, size, ... but not yet opacity
