No refresh

If I edit in LR, a jpg file, then even if I press F5/refresh the file doesn't reappear in XMP. I have to exit the folder and go back in.

It seems related to using a custom filter. Also if you change filters it doesn't keep the file selected, but jumps to the top. Very annoying.
