Why won't this let me uninstall it?

So, I had 2.40 installed for awhile now. No issues. Out of nowhere the software refuses to open (not responding) in Windows 10. Sometimes it will open like 3 minutes later, sometimes 5 minutes later. Thing is I had double clicked an image like 4 or 5 times, so it opens the same image that many times.

I thought maybe I'd uninstall and reinstall a newer version. Your uninstaller hangs at like 2% complete or something. Only thing it did was remove itself from the start menu. I used Task Manager to end task.

I then tried to go to the folder and delete it. It's been stuck at 43% for 5 minutes or so now. This program really does not want to go away.

So I rebooted my system.. downloaded 2.43 and started install. It's taking FOREVER. Been like 5 minutes now. While sitting here I decided to open Samsung Magician (SSD) software. I noticed it needed an update. I installed the update and your software is still sitting here doing nothing.
