MP 0.88 & 0.89 won't open/start up

For some reason I can't open MP anymore. I used 0.88 when it happened and I replaced it with 0.89 but the issue isn't resolved. Tried to open it from several locations. What could cause this? How to fix this?
Using Windows 10 | 64-bit.

xnview.ini is by default in c:\users\(your name)\appdata\roaming\xnviewmp
