External image editor

In settings, where can I enter a link to an external image editor ?
OS is win 10 pro 32 bit, desktop computer.
Answers will be appreciated.

Hello,
Using windows associations : select a picture and use F3 or F4 keys

or Right-click , open with ... configure ...

or Settings, Interface, Tool Bar ...
select "Command" , use an arrow to move this "command" to the right side, and use "set command" button to edit path ...
