How to automate these 2 functions in 1

Hi,

The photos I get from my camera always have system dates in GMT, while EXIF is in my time zone.
I use your application to update the system time files (Tools>Change Timestamp) and then I rename them (Tools>Batch Rename).
I am looking for a way to automate these 2 functions in 1.
Is there such a function?
