Hot folder - Reading file being copied into folder

A question to XnConvert hot folder function.
I copyed jpg's with robocopy.
if the jpg is not 100% copyed, the hotfolder function can not open it and make a errormessage in the Status.
Is there a possibilty to start a retry?
