I am trying to convert .SVG files into PNG. The SVGs are just single-color text (converted to curves) on a transparent background. The PNGs I get from the export *appear* to have a transparent background, featuring the white and grey checkered background I expect, but that background is part of the image. I've attached a screenshot of the image opened in photoshop, then moved aside to reveal the true transparent background behind it.
Is there a way to export with actual transparent background instead of the checkers?

Yes, where can I send it? I can't attach an SVG to the board because it says it doesn't accept .svg files, and I can't seem to send attachments via private message.

I believe this link should work to download one. They're white text on a transparent background, so they tend to appear as nothing in the browser:
