Problem with Product Registration

Please help. Entered the key for programs 2.35 version of 2016g. The program was successfully registered with our company.
Program (version 2016) was not automatically updated, a new version was downloaded from the site. After launching the program we found that the license data from the old version was not transferred to the new one (version 2016 is missing).
When registering a new version, a window appears with the message: Registration problem try to restart with the right
