Return to browser when closing tab

Hi all,

My apologies if this has been discussed already. I've searched the forum but didn't find an answer. In the Classic XnView, say I had 2-3 images open in tabs (viewer). In the browser tab I doubleclick on a thumbnail to open yet another image in the viewer. After opening it I then close it with either a middle click on the tab or clicking the X, xnview will return me to the browser tab.

In MP, if I have the same situation with 2-3 images open in tabs, from the browser open/view another mage, then middle-click or X that tab, instead of returning to the browser it instead shows me the open image in the adjacent tab.

Is there a way to get MP to act like classic and return me to the browser after I've closed the tab instead of viewing the image in the adjacent tab?

you can change in settings>Interface>Switch modes
