BMP extension not associating

Subject: 0.90: BMP extension not associating with program

XnView: MP 0.90 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 7 - 64-bit

Effect: go to setting=>integration=>run the file association tool, but in option no checkbox for BMP extension.

i've tried and bmp has a checkbox
