Hi Pierre,
I just downloaded the XnView complete version 1.80.1.0 (plugins & nConvert) and during the setup process I selected most of the formats available in the pop-up window but it wasn't there the .wbz option, the closest one was the .wbp format which I selected.
Now, when I tried to open a webshot image (.wbz) the only response I got is "don't know how to open this file"
Did I did something wrong during the instalation? Do I need to download an extra PlugIn? Is there somewhere in the program a place where I can activate the Webshot format option?
I know that XnView can handle this format because I found the reference on the Help section "formats available" but I couldn't find a way to activate it from there. What should I do?
I really appreciate all your support to solve this issue
I will look for your reply to this message in the Forum XnView General Support. Thx
Best Regards

Help to open .wbz files in WinXP
Moderators: helmut, XnTriq, xnview
I've got 1.80.1, and wbz files work fine for me. Keep in mind that xnview doesn't list them as wbz files in the list of formats, the extension it gives is wb1. Also note that since the wbz/wb1 format is read-only, it'll only appear in the open dialog, not in the file types dialog (although it should also show in the associations dialog).

On the other hand, this is the second thread from someone having a problem with webshots images, so perhaps there is something going on.
