Does a XnViewMP SDK exist?

I'm trying to find it as there is a "plugin" tab in the About window...
I just want to make a simple plugin that'll reset the position to the top of the image when going into the next file...
If someone knows how to do that tell me please, although i would still appreciate a link to the sdk...
