Nothing happening on newly installed XnConvert

Hi

I installed XnConvert, yesterday, and the process seemed to complete without problem.

However, on trying to convert a PDF file to a JPG image (of size w677 x h1018), once I press the highlighted 'convert' button and [Finished] appears, next to the 'C' icon at top-left of screen, I cannot find the converted file, despite having selected the folder for the output image. Am I looking in the wrong place or is it more likely that for some reason or other, the conversion hasn't actually happened?

Can you see where I'm going wrong?

Do you have Ghostscript installed?

Have you set the DPI to be used when the image is opened on the Settings tab – Load format settings... ?

There is an option on the Output tab – After conversion – Open file explorer which may be useful...

Otherwise, if possible could you upload an example PDF file that doesn't seem to convert.
