Adjust Dialog -> OSD Overlay

I would like to see the "Adjust Brightness/Gamma/etc..." dialog replaced with a OSD (on-screen display) overlay that uses DirectDraw (part of DirectX) This would be similiar to the Colour Controls that Zoom Player uses.

Naturally, options are needed for changing the colour of the text and so forth.

And yes, this would make XnView less like IrfanView.
