Set left mouse button to move picture

Post by emelio »

When I open an image the cursor is an eyedropper and if I click and drag a rectangle is drawn on the image. How can I change to "slide around" mode where dragging moves the image around?

You can configure how the mouse operates in Tools > Options... > General > Keyboard/Mouse .

Personally, I like to use the default Left Button setting to make a selection, and set the Right button to Move picture, the 'pan' option you are requesting, but the buttons can be configured as you wish.

Thanks cday. I didn't know the right button pans the picture. That's the information I needed.
