XnViewMP Not responding

XnViewMP Not responding
This just started happening today. When I open XvView MP 0.92 it hangs with "Not Responding" for about 2 minutes. Eventually it will finish whatever it is doing in the background and the app starts working. This is on Windows 10 64-bit OS.
