Hi All !- Rummaging in a <windows> sub-dir., I found out some image-files without extension. I can open them one by one via Drag & Drop from a Total Commander panel to the icon of XnView…
- But when one in open in "View", it's impossible to get the “Next” one in the folder, neither by “space-bar” nor by “page-down” keys, nor by the buttons of the tool-bar.
- When the open file is not the first of the list, the same mess for “Previous”…

- They can't be displayed here directly, sorry, that doesn't work with phpBB …
• In fact, these files are PNGs. But there is not any option to add the extension automatically when it's missing, while the file is recognized alright by XnView as PNG.
- The only way to browse the folder is to display it as thumb-nails, then to open the files from the board -one by one- and to play with the file-tabs { very useful in such a case
}- I guess that it should be nice to get the «Next / Previous » file as usual by the normal commands. Moreover, these images are used as icons by an application, hence the addition of the (right) extension is undesirable…
{ Note : I get the same misbehaviour with the image-plugin of Total Commander “Imagine” }
