Slideshow mode: Add option to "treat video files as gifs" (i.e., loop them indefinitely)

I have a lot of small video clips that I want to "loop" in slideshow mode in the same way that GIFs do - loop until the preset slide time completes. Currently, on any video file, the file will play until either 1) the slide time completes OR 2) the video file ends, in which case the slideshow will go to the next file. This can result in whiplash when a two-second clip that is meant to loop is queued up and then the slide lasts for the two second duration of the video when it should last for much longer.

I would also love to have this option. As far as I know, video looping is available in XnView Classic, so why not here too?
It's basically required for viewing any type of short (few seconds) videos.
