HEIC on MacOS

I starts to convert HEIC to JPG on my Mac and saw that image changed, like after filter. If I do the same in another app everything is good, but I want to use XNConvert because I need to resize it too.
What XNConvert do with images? Is it possible to turn off this?

On the XnConvert Output tab there is an option Preserve color profile, you might check first whether that is relevant...
