xnview hangs ans takes time to open images from desktop
Xnview mp shows blank black screen for a very long time when images are opened directly from desktop.And almost hangs if esc key is pressed. But if images are in a folder on desktop, the issue doesn't arise.

do you have big files or links on your desktop?
