Custom ICC profile and settings in XnViewMP

Post by sasko1 »

Hello!

Id' like to check something with you, just to be sure I use this correctly. Hope that anyone can confirm.

I calibrated my monitor display, so it shows me correct colors. I saved settings in color profile .ICM file.
After that, I entered these settings into XnViewMP.

I wonder, if this is alright? IMO it is, since I can see normal colors when I look at the photos, but just to be sure, I wanted to check here.

Thanks.

After calibrating your monitor, you should apply the ICC profile of the printer to visualize your picture with only the colors the printer can print.
Don’t ask me how, I’m working on it :p
