how to convert webp to jpg/gif ?

my pc system is win7/64bit, i downloaded XnConvert 32bit for win from official website.

open xnconvert, i dragged a webp format pic into soft, it didn't show itself , is it normal?

and then i push the button of convert, it showed Error(s):1 on the bottom right of status bar, and there is nothg get in the output folder which i preseted.

could you kindly tell what's going on ? thanks

you should have webp support, strange. No message at startup?
