[Resolved] 0.94 appears to substitute Date Modified for Date Taken, when the latter is missing (bug??)

Hi all,

I updated recently to XnView MP version 0.94 on my windows 10 Home, 64-bit computer.

Normally, I sort my photos by Exif Date Taken. I do have however, a number of photos without an Exif Date Taken (scanned prints, etc.), but, because they are digital files, they do have an Exif Date Modified, this latter always updating to the last time that the file was modified.

In the past, these files without an Exif Date Taken would appear at the top of the folder, all grouped together.

Version 0.94 added the ability to sort by Exif Date Modified. Now however, XnView MP appears to be using Exif Date Modified as if it were an Exif Date Taken, when this latter is missing from the file (and the folder (or category) is sorted by Exif Date Taken).

Imagine four pictures (all dates are imaginary, in day/month/year format), which, when sorted by Exif Date Taken in the past, would be organized as follows :

Photo 1: Exif Date Taken: [absent] / Exif Date Modified: 01/09/2016
Photo 2: Exif Date Taken: 01/09/2015 / Exif Date Modified: 30/10/2017
Photo 3: Exif Date Taken: 03/10/2017 / Exif Date Modified: 03/10/2017
Photo 4: Exif Date Taken: 05/11/2019 / Exif Date Modified: 06/12/2019

in Version 0.94, they are organized as follows:

Photo 2: Exif Date Taken: 01/09/2015 / Exif Date Modified: 30/10/2017
Photo 1: Exif Date Taken: [absent] / Exif Date Modified: 01/09/2016
Photo 3: Exif Date Taken: 03/10/2017 / Exif Date Modified: 03/10/2017
Photo 4: Exif Date Taken: 05/11/2019 / Exif Date Modified: 06/12/2019

I hope the example is clear enough. I'm posting here because I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something in the settings.
