"Use Filename" - new or old one?

Some of the "Actions" use the filename; e.g. the "Add text to picture". I have this definition

{EXIF:Date Taken [Y-m-d H:M:S]} / {Filename With Ext}

Maybe I'm wrong, but do I see it right that the "Filename" is always the existing, "old" name and not the name which can be defined in "Output: Filename"?

So how to use the "new filename" for these features?
