Keep Date of file

I set in Tools/Settings/General/ File operation : keep date and time - butI I crop/rotate ... and save it - it gets a new file date.
What am I doing wrong?
How can I redo that?

You mean at the file operations tab?
Yes I checked all 3 point:
keep date and time:
- save data
- lossless jpeg
- change of metadata

i've tried ('File saving' is enabled), and created/modified date is not modified after a 'saving'.
