I copy and move a great many files while viewing files in a given folder. Because I do this so often, my fingers get in the habit of pressing ALT C with my left hand and Enter with my right.
But sometimes some typo or other mistake happens (I'm sure it's a user problem) which adds another backslash or a space then a backslash to the destination path (i.e., "OutFolder\\" or "OutFolder\ \"), but since I'm in the habit of simply pressing Enter at this point, it ends up creating and copying the file to a null-named folder!
After which, you cannot delete the folder with no name!
I realize that a message must have come up asking if I wanted to create the nameless folder, but since I'm moving quickly (and I'm often using two screens), I don't see it and since the default for Enter is Yes, the messed-up unnamed directory is created and the file is copied there.
My suggestion, therefore, is to automatically ignore terminating double-slashes and all attempts to create a nameless directory.
