Looking for colour replacement tool

Installed Xnview in Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon to manage grayscale drawings and photos. In Windows I was using Irfanview, but would like to transfer my work to Linux. Already got the idea using a variety of XnView features, and I need a color replacement tool to make corrections, but found none so far. Is this possible in XnView (Windows and Linux). Also, Is there a User's manual or Help available?

Tools → Batch convert… → Actions → Add action → Image → Replace color
