Dragging not copying again

This bug existed before: viewtopic.php?f=60&t=30379

Currently:

1. Dragging a file moves it
2. CTRL + dragging produces a selection square
3. Shift + dragging moves file

I think it should be better if:

1. Dragging a file moves it
2. CTRL + dragging COPIES it
3. Shift + dragging: Produces selection square (Better than CTRL+ because similar in Windows Explorer SHIFT selects all files between 2 endpoints, while CTRL would select single files)
