Hello Pierre,
I work with XnViewMP 0.94.2 on a Windows 7 system.
When I select some images and open tools -> compare a new tab is opened with up to 4 sub-windows. Each subwindow shows one of the selected images.
At bottom of this window I can select, whether XnView shows 1, 2, 3 or 4 such subwindows.
Selecting the number of subwindows with on of these checkboxes works properly.
On the other hand each subwindow has a toolbar and one icon is "close", which means close this subwindow.
Let us assume I have selected 4 subwindows they are shown in 2 rows and 2 columns.
When I now click on a "close"-icon in a subwindow the GUI changes as follows:
- now at bottom the checkbox for 3 subwindows is checked
- still 4 subwindows are shown, but in 1 row with 4 columns.
I think this is an error.
Or please advice in case of I misunderstood the "close" icon.
Best regards
herb
