0.95 MP 64: Unwanted move of categories

Hi there,

I am not entirely sure if this is a bug or feature. I experience it as an issue, so I report it as a bug.

How to reproduce:
Have multiple levels of categories.
Select a category by clicking on it. The word itself, not the checkbox. Now the word has a darker background.
Scroll to a different tree in the categories.
Now click and hold the mouse on a checkbox and move the mouse up or down a few pixels (so you are in Move mode).
Release the mouse button.

Faulty behavior:
The earlier selected word moves here.

Expected behavior:
Clicking on the checkbox removes the earlier selection and moves only the category which belongs to this checkbox.

There is no checkbox in Category Filters, so I did it in Categories.
