Viewer does not refresh (XnView MP and Classic)

Please help!
I edit a photo from Browser with Photoshop, save it and return zu Browser. Now the Thumbnail shows successfully the modification.
BUT the viewer does not and shows the old version. I have to open the Photo a second time so see the right version!

A bug or bad setting by me?

No, the file ist not open in viewer while editing in Photoshop.
I start editing with Photoshop from browser-thumbnail and after editing, saving and closing return to browser. From there I then open to viewer - and get the old version of photo. Close viewer and reopen to viewer - then it is OK. (maybe it is a matter of image-cache?)

No, the preview is not open, I generally do not use ist.
Now I checked the behaviour of the preview: it is similar to the viewer. After editing a photo, saving and returning from Photoshop to browser the preview does not show the edited version, but the thumbnail does.

Even if you click on antoher file, and select again the saved file?
