A95: acquiring pictures problem

I have problems with downloading pictures from my camera.
Camera: Canon Powershot A95
XNView Deluxe 2.5
1. There's no XNView in context menu of my camera
2. When I start Media detector, I suspect it doesn't see my camera and when I press the button "Import" nothing happens.

Which system do you have?
