Sorry if I'm wrong.
In "Edit > Edit comment", the option "Use same text for description comment" will grey out the text field for "Embedded comment". Then any text written under "description" is automatically pasted into the greyed out field.
So I suppose that the "Embedded comment" will "use same text as description comment". The name of the option is therefore somewhat mislabelled.
