No save as and no set as wallpaper why ?

No save as and no set as wallpaper why ?

I have used this Program a few years back and i am sure there was an option to set as wallpaper option when i right clicked an Image
but now it seems i cant find it or it has been removed

any help

you have always 'save as' and 'set as wallpaper'
