Moving categories : drag& drop improvement

Hello,

AFAIK, categories can be moved (through the categories pane) in three ways

1. right-clic on a category > Move...
2. right-clic on a category > Edit... > Parent
3. Drag&drop

(1) and (2) allows moving a category to the "root" of the categories tree by choosing "Categories"

For (3), I didn't find how to do.

Expected behavior : user should be allowed to move a category to the root with drag&drop
