Hello,
I am sure I am doing something wrong which is really obvious, so hope someone can help. When I select an image directly from the browser, I can crop and save to the size I select with no problem. However if I try to crop a second image (accessed using the arrows on the toolbar, NOT directly from the browswer) I can only get a smaller restricted size that I can crop, and it appears to be random in size. I have tried altering the mouse settings on the interface, with no success. I am using a laptop touchpad as the mouse though, so is that perhaps the issue ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Crop size problem
Here's a short video clip of the process. https://youtu.be/u-AJAVsti40
I open the first picture from browser and crop it easily, and save it.
Then I click the toolbar arrow to open a second picture and the crop size is limited - I cannot extend it.
However if I close that image and open the same file from the browser window, I can crop it with no problem.
Thanks

Re: Crop size problem
I am not sure what you mean by reproduce, but this limit to size happens everytime I try to crop a second photo unless I return to the browser.
I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the program, and it still happens.

Re: Crop size problem
I think I have solved the problem - I have bought a new mouse and now things seem to be working. So it would appear to be a hardware issue.
Many thanks for all your efforts.
