File Importation improvement

Hello,

Importation function uses timestamp from the Exif field to <move/rename> <photos/videos> from an external source (i.e. CF/SD card) to a set of destination. It can be used from folder to folder as well.

Into the source window, next to "include subfolders", adding "include sidecar files" (i.e. moving other files with the same name than the photo to the same destination) will add the ability to fully reorganize a (RAW) photo library as well

Alternate suggestion : sidecar file are imported as well when in the Settings/browser/Sidecar menu, Companions files linked... is ticked.
