0.96.4 on Linux doesn't display dark theme correctly

So far I never had problem using the dark theme. So I didn't change any settings and with version 0.96.4 on Linux Mint 19.2 64-bit, the dark theme has glitches. I mean when I firt open XnviewMp everything is okay but when I leave it open with a reduced window after a while, toolbars become white. It's a very odd behaviour and I don't think it has to do with my system as I didn't notice anything like this with other software using dark theme. Don't know if it helps but the theme I'm using in Linux is not dark only task bar and window tops.
