I use xnview to view images of 3dm rvt renderings, ai (illustrator) boards and edits, ind (indesign) boards, and basic images. The problem I have is xnview is often slow or freezes, espeically when trying to move from thumbnail to thumbnail of large 20 Mb+ files. With large jpegs it is fine.
I also use Fastone Image viewer and I experience no issues with 3dm, rvt, or large images, but fastone is unable to read pdf, ind, ai files. Also windows explorer has no issues, I just would prefer to use xnview as it's one application for all uses.
Is there any way to solve the issue with xnview? The ICC information is useless to me.

Re: Xnview slow
All file formats. I suspect xnviews shooting itself in the foot with having to parse every singe detail about a file... give us the option to disable most of these items. There is no need for excessive file information being displayed.

Re: Xnview slow
Nope. I cannot share my 3dm or rvt files. The problem seems to have resolved (somewhat) in the last update. I'm not having to sit being frustrated with XnView having to load most folders. Thanks! Though it's still a bit slow generating thumbnails for larger tga, tiff, 3dm and rvt files. Some of these files are 100+ MB in size, but explorer doesn't have an issue generating thumbnails instantly.xnview wrote: Thu Oct 08, 2020 1:07 pmis it possible to send me files where you see slowness?hawaii wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2020 6:21 pm All file formats.
