Moving video while playing and mp4 thumbnails support

I would like to be able to drag and drop a video file while from xnview mp to a explorer folder.

I now i have to select it and CTRL-X it and then select another file so preview playback stops and than paste it in the folder i have open in explorer.
Is it possible to stop playback on drag and drop events so that i can move the file?

Also while sorting trough videos thumbnails for mp4 files would be awesome.

I fear that video media management is not the priority and I wonder if it will become one day
