Add Feature to XnView

I'd like to magnify a portion of a photo and capture what I'm looking at, not the whole XnView window. I have to use additional software to do that. Can I get XnView to add this option to their "Capture" tool?

You can zoom in then use the capture feature to select a rectangle. It will minimize XnView but just click the program on the taskbar and when you have the window back up, select the rectange you want. It will appear in a new tab that you must save
