Where is ICC and how to keep settings for new version

I need to change the storage of the user .db to make one database accessible for two users.
I saw the option to save user .ini and .db at separate places, that’s very good.
There is third option: Folder for other files, which files is it?

I like to ensure both users using the same ICC colour profile.
Where is it saved ?

Also I would like to install the new version of XnViewMP (using now 0.93.1 on Linux).
So I have to uninstall the old and installing the new one;
What is the best way to use the old settings and database for the new version ?
