Favorites not saving between sessions

Hi all!

Just install XNView and I was trying to get it all setup, and for some reason, I can't get my favorites folders to persist between load! Anyone got any idea on what going wrong? I've tried both the context menu and the star icon next to the address bar, neither save.

what do you have in settings>Integration>Path?

when you quit XnView, bookmark.ini is changed?

originally, I didn't have a bookmark file. The xnview.ini would change,and that was about it. I did eventually keep trying and what I ended up with was that force launching the program as admin at every launch does allow the bookmarks to be saved between sessions, but that does bring that annoying UAC along for the ride.

the settings save the files in XnView 's folder, if it's 'Program files', you have not the rights
