hello,
i am trying to use XnViewMP-win-x64 0.97.1 on Win10 20H2 (19042.630).
i have nvidia maxwell card with latest drivers, and all other graphics apps work fine.
if i zoom in on a picture, and then use mouse to move it left or right i see screen tearing.
it is exactly as if playing a computer game with V-sync disabled.
is that a bug, or is there a setting to fix it?
i tried with 4k-8k images displayed at 30%+ zoom on 1080p monitor.
i don't have such problem in Windows Photos or Windows Photo Viewer.
at zoom levels below 30% this seems to manifest as a 'rubberbanding' effect -
image follows mouse as if on a longer elastic leash, with inertia.
