Can't run XnView MP 0.97.1 in POP! OS 20.10

Hi!
1/ After installing deb there is no icon.
2/ When trying to run unpacked XnViewMP-linux-x64.tgz got error:
error while loading shared libraries: libQtAV.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

do you start it with xnview.sh?
