Where can I find file renaming help? I like to batch rename files to show Date captured instead of current file name. On Acdsee you can navigate all information items in a tree like selector when renaming the files. Where can I find available items on XnView?

Please check the options available in the dropdowns to the right of the filename field:

Were you referring to renaming using Tools > Batch convert... as illustrated above?

Or were you referring to renaming in the browser using File > Rename..., in which case similar dropdown options are available, as you may have discovered.

I was using Batch Rename and was focused on replace fields, thus didnt spot the arrow.
