Our IT department recently installed a new Windows 10 build for all workstations and now many of them are no longer able to import images through XnView Classic. The software can see the images on the camera, but seems to fail during import. It hangs during the import and user is unable to cancel the import session window. See attached image. Any idea of what could be causing this issue?We've had local IT to try and troubleshoot with no success.
